you cant be going out and loving all the excelsior decadence you can fit into one night without thinking about the next morning, how your liver is going to cope, skin condition and other general well being-ness. That’s what multivitamins, going for an occasional run, cooking healthily and other ‘well being’ activities are for. I see it as kind of a balance you have to keep or risk fucking yourself over. For example I’ll go out and drink copious amounts of alcohol but on the flip side i’ll make sure I go for several runs during that week, eat healthily and take some vitamins or something. Fuck going all out and burning out all too soon before I hit 25! I’m gonna find a running track or trail somewhere near; then find a great lounge/bar.
